Lamb Ranks (mozat) 1. Heat oil or ghee (preferable) in large pot.
Tumeric 2. Cook meat till brown with 2 teaspoons of tumeric in same pot.
Bamia - Okra 3. Add bamia and cook for 15 minutes with garlic in the same pot.
Tomato Paste 4. Mix two tablespoons of tomato juice with two cups of water.
Lemon 5. Add pinch of salt, one squeezed lemon, and cook for 45 minutes.
Garlic 6. Serve with rice.
